We ask that our customers place their trash cans in an area accessible to our technicians for cleaning. Please note the following instances where we may not be able to service your cans:
- If your trash cans are not in an accessible designated area. We will never enter a residence or backyard.
- If there is a substantial amount of waste in your trash can that’s not in a bag. Remember we are garbage can cleaners not waste management companies.
- If there’s a small amount of waste in your trash can we will bag it, clean the can and place bag back in after we have completed service.
- If the items in your cans consist of hazardous chemical wastes, such as paint or oil, or building materials such as concrete, plaster or stucco.
If for any reason your trash cans cannot be serviced you will receive an email notification or text with an explanation.
